Privacy Policy

TravelCast AI publishes AI-generated travel podcasts with audio, show notes, and cover imagery. You can browse and listen without an account, and we collect as little as the site needs to work. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Contact messages. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send new-episode updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which destinations and episodes people listen to, measured in aggregate. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. We do not build advertising profiles or follow you across other sites.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts, passwords, or payments on this site, so we never handle login credentials, billing details, or payment card data. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Service providers

A few trusted providers process data on our behalf, only to deliver the service: Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics, and Resend delivers contact and newsletter emails. They may process your information on infrastructure located in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up. We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe, after which it is removed from the mailing list.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email hello@travelcast.ai.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the date above and post the new version on this page.
